Hello! I’m Ashley Campbell, a Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about helping individuals build resilience, develop self-awareness, and feel empowered through life’s challenges. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of West Alabama and my Bachelor’s in Forensic Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology. I have worked in private practice for the past two years, supporting clients in a variety of life stages and circumstances.

I enjoy working with children, teens, young adults, and athletes, helping them navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, and identity development. As a former athlete, I understand how performance, motivation, and mental health are deeply connected, both on and off the field. With children, I often incorporate art and play therapy techniques to help them express themselves and build coping skills in creative, developmentally appropriate ways.

My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, and is rooted in a client-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed perspective. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore their experiences at their own pace. I truly believe that therapy is a collaborative process and I’m honored to walk alongside each client as they work toward growth, healing, and self-discovery.

Hello! I am Kayla Wooten and I am a Therapist at Revolutionary Change Counseling. I have been practicing for almost 10 years. I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology with the emphasis on Marriage and Family from Palm Beach Atlantic University. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, kids and teens. I understand how challenging it can be to raise children, so I love partnering with parents in creating a functionally loving and supportive family unit. My therapeutic approach is an emotional based therapy known as Emotionally Focused Therapy. I believe that healing begins when we are able to work collectively and holistically- mentally, emotionally, behaviorally and spiritually. When we begin to examine why we do certain behaviors we begin to explore the thoughts and feelings behind the actions and the root of those actions. Emotionally Focused Therapy allows for the exploration of the healing process from the perspective of the person as a whole and how all parts work together purposefully.

I have been in the Central Florida area for 26 years. I have been married to my husband for 17 years and together we have two beautiful children. I love to travel, explore new places, be outside and spend time with family and friends. I would love to walk with you on this journey toward healing. Please email me at kayla@revolutionarychange.org or call at 813-296-7911. I can’t wait to meet with you and support you in any way that I can.
